We have had the pleasure of working with Bailey for over 8 years and have been thoroughly impressed with her level of expertise and service. She did outstanding work on multiple projects in our home( and our children’s) , she took great care with attention to detail to ensure the projects met our expectations. We needed shades for windows and doors that are non standard size as well as some semi circular windows. Bailey was able to get us exactly what we wanted when other shade stores we had contacted told us no one makes shades that size anymore! The shades are beautiful and the installation was perfect. Bailey supervised the projects from beginning to end and followed up to make sure everything was working fine. Recently we needed some battery replacements for the motorized shades. Bailey was able to get the warranty information and all were replaced free of charge, she personally came to replace them and this was after she had moved away from California! Besides being a thorough professional in her work, she is also a wonderful , caring person and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with her.

She is so Experienced at what she does, she makes the process seam easy. Her knowledge is so expansive of the materials she works with that her suggestions worked perfect for my situation. She delivered when she said she would and 6 motorized Roman shades she handmade and a bunch of blinds she ordered for me are all of the highest quality and fit perfectly, I expect them to be the last I buy for this home. Bailey of Cinnabar home has done several projects for us, both indoors and outdoors. She does great work and was creative at coming up with solutions to fit our unique needs. She’s also conscientious about getting things right. If something needs fixing, she does it. Bailey kept me informed throughout both projects (on when to expect an estimate, if there was a delay, and when she was ready to deliver or ship something).

Bailey has been an excellent consultant on several of my projects, helping us figure out blinds and motorization. At my own house, I asked her for some help with a couple benches my dog loves to sit on at the front windows. She arrived with dozens and dozens of fabric ideas, listened to my desire for color and durability, and then helped me narrow down the choice really quickly. And then she measured the benches, gave me a really reasonable quote, and then got the cushion covers made and delivered and installed. Everyone compliments my vibrant benches and they are holding up really well to my terrier!
